Penraevon was my go to garage whilst I was at uni and have continued to use them after graduating! James is such an honest and transparent guy. As a girl it’s always worrying having car repairs/MOTs done but I am glad to have found such an honest garage! I recently discovered that one of the quarter windows on my XC60 was replaced after an annual service without any notification. I assume it was accidentally broken, but I was never informed. Beyond the poor communication, there are two major issues: the replacement window does not match the original, and even worse, the headliner was damaged due to a botched installation. Well done, guys!
