I needed some help fixing a broken number plate. The owner couldn't have been more helpful, fixing it himself for me for free and at 5pm too. Exceptional service. Highly recommended.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely appalling excuse of a garage. After my partner had her car damaged in an accident, her insurance sent her to this garage for the repairs, a new bumper fitted and the bonnet repaired. After being messed around for days been told the car was ready and then it not being I went to collect the car today only to find that this supposedly “brand new” bumper they sourced from Mercedes themselves was covered in scratches, obvious paint repair marks and dents. In no way shape or form was this a new bumper. Not only was the repair job an absolute joke but a new scratch at the rear of the vehicle was then found. When my partner raised these issue with the worker at the garage he came very aggressive and rude. Horrendous behaviour from a business. Lucky for us we have proof of how the car went into the garage and how we received it back and will be taking this further. Would take my car anywhere other than this place. Please avoid at all costs unless you would like to be scammed and treated horribly.
My company car had damage to front drivers panel including many scrape marks and a hole in the bumper (reversed into by truck with tow bar). My insurance company appointed Brydens to do the repair work. Their communication was excellent and had no issues securing a courtesy car. Friendly staff and informative the whole way through the process. Picked up my car today, 2 days ahead of schedule and the work is fantastic. You cannot see at all any of the damage that was done - not to mention my car has never been so clean inside and out! A big thank you to the whole team there - 100% recommend!
Went into the back of someone in December. Insurance tried to go through a couple of garages but for some reason they didn’t want it. Brydens garage contacted me straight away and came and inspected my car very quickly. About a month before my car was due in, I had handed my notice in for my current job which means I had to hand my company car back. I rang the garage who brought my repairs forward and had it done very quickly and to a high standard ready for when I needed it. Highly recommend the whole team and communication was great throughout

My insurance company sent my vauxhall mokka here for a inspection after a rear end shunt after doing the assesment after 2 days i was told it was a write off.after my insurance company made me a settlement. Imagine my suprise when 2 weeks later i discovered it had been mot and taxed for a year .some write off eh and i loved that car.
Incredibly frustrating experience. Insurers made us use this garage after a crash. Very dismissive and rude when trying to point out the damage from the crash. They gaffa taped the car and made us drive it for two weeks while they "ordered parts". When we called after 1 week to ask what was ordered they said "what was needed" and dismissed us again. When we called back 2 weeks later they had no record of ever ordering the parts and no intentions to repair the car.
This is after they finished repairing my skoda. Great work in less than 2 weeks from being given details from the insurance, got a call next day. I wasn't able to get the car to them for 3weeks but they were great. Took car down christmas week. Was told would be in after new year. I had a call after new year with a date. Courtesy car waiting though smaller than mine . Garage apologised but kept me on the road. From day the car was taken down to them to me having mine back was less than a week.
