   I Booked my bmw 530 msport in because I had a judder when braking! From start to finish this company was really professional and really knowledgeable in how they dealt with the problem. Richard the owner is a really good bloke in how he runs his business and is a credit to him ! He found the problem which turned out to be the rear discs were warped and gave me a price and did the necessary work on the car which is now perfect! All the staff were really friendly and are a credit to the company. I have looked around for a long time to find a garage like this one that cares about their customers and are willing to help and give good advice for the best outcome! I would definitely recommend these guys to sort all your motoring issues! Forget about the odd bad reviews on here because in my view they are from people who want something doing for nothing or have taken a pile of scrap in for these guys to sort out ! This garage is as good as they come !!!!Thanks again Richard! Great job , great price !

   This garage has really upset me! I took my car in this morning at 8am and rang at 1 to see if it had been worked on yet. The person who answered the phone shouted " what " upon answering. I am unwell and anxious and this didnt help! Then I Went to pick it up at 2.30. The mechanic didnt want to do the work due to the car smelling of dogs. Ok thats fine it probably does I use it to take my dogs on muddy stinky walks! I also respect his decision. However I don't accept the way this information was relayed to me, spoken to me like I was being told off in front of other people, one of whom was a customer. I have no problem with the reasoning behind not doing the work but to be spoken to like that about that in front of people upset me so much I had to pull over ! This is the kind of garage I have actively avoided for years, I have a regular one who are wonderful, and this proves I was right to

   Not a Garage local for me but booked in for an engine remap as RM Motors were an approved installer. The 20 odd mile drive to them was well worth it. RM advertise themselves as a garage based on good old fashioned values........let me tell you.......they are under selling themselves! From Reception to mechanics/technicians wandering past...... everybody is chatty and welcoming. From a customer perspective this place oozes professional no drama, good old fashioned Yorkshire service. My only regret is that they are too far from me to be my local garage. 5 star garage.....Thankyou

   After calling multiple places looking for brake skimming I found RM Motors. Gave the a ring and asked if they could get me in asap to which they could fit me in the same day! I decided to come the next day given it was an hours drive away. Service was quick and easy and no time was wasted. Car feels great after the brake skimming saved a massive bill on some new discs. Would definitely recommend and use their services again. 10/10.

   Been using RM Motors quite a few years now for both car and motorhome. I never think about going elsewhere. Efficient, reliable, trustworthy, thorough. Always keep me well informed of anything that needs doing prior to doing it. All staff so friendly and easy going. Nobody likes forking out for repairs, servicing etc.!, but you get what you pay for, and I always have peace of mind driving both vehicles knowing they've been thoroughly checked. Thank you Richard, Martin and all staff!

   I've been using RM Motors for as long as I've had a car, and my mum's been using them for a long time before that. They're absolutely fantastic, can't recommend highly enough. Always take the time to explain in layman's terms exactly what your car needs, and go out of their way to help.
