I honestly don’t know how this garage doesn’t have five stars. From the very first phone call to the moment I drove away, I couldn’t have been treated any better. Connagh, Chris, and Tom went above and beyond to get my car back on the road, and they were professional, courteous, and friendly throughout. My car had failed an MOT with a different company, who quoted me over £900 for the repairs. To reduce the cost, I rang around several places about new tyres, as they made up a large part of the bill. I called this garage at 3pm, and not only did Connagh get me booked in straight away, but by 3:40 they already had the car up on the ramps working on it. He also offered a quote cheaper than anywhere else I’d contacted and even managed to lower the cost of the other issues too. On top of that, he was able to order the parts and get everything repaired there and then. The work was carried out quickly by three fantastic guys who clearly care about helping their customers and doing a great job. There’s no doubt I’ll be coming back here in the future, and I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know who needs work done. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Thank you!

Wow is my only reaction to my experience here. Firstly my booking was moved which isn't a big deal, and understandable. I took my car in on the new time/day, Dropped the car off to have wheel alignment done. I was called 20-30 mins later advising that the rear can't be done due to a corroding adjuster so I opted to just get the front done as it was necessary after having new track rod ends fitted, and was advised to come back in half hour to 45 mins. I made my way back after an hour or so to be sat in the waiting area for a further 45 minutes, and when the guy came out I offered to settle up now as I assumed it was done. I was then told to not pay yet because he has to finish it (he hadn't even started it) I knew this as I watched my car sat on that ramp for over an hour from a restaurant window with nobody under it at any point. He then rushed under the car for all of a few minutes, drove my car out and told me it can't be done and he had tried everything but it's seized. My car was on that ramp for over 2 hours total to be told something I could have been told in 5 minutes. I was thankfully not charged, but I will never use this place again. Absolute madness!

Car in for MoT. Greeted by very friendly staff. Even offered a cup of tea! Car was taken promptly and the examination carried out in the correct time frame. Results arrive by text before I got the car back! Brilliant. Couple of pointer which Ethan explained to me in an easy clear manner. Overall, an excellent experience. Can’t think of a reason to go anywhere else in future.

Excellent experience from ordering online to the tyres being fitted at the Worksop branch. The person who dealt with my booking on reception was very pleasant and professional and everything was completed much earlier than I expected. Price was extremely competitive and although I have no idea at this stage how durable the tyres will be I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company!

My car went in for a full service, but they seemed more interested in listing several other things such as breaks stating mine were illegal. Told them they could quote me but nothing else will be getting done that day! Quote for other works was nearly £1800's!!! All of which I could get done cheaper elsewhere....but when I had a second opinion not even half of their list needed doing! When I went to collect my 'ready' car I was sat there waiting a further 45mins! It was still on the lift with no wheels on and bonnet up! Since they had it other random stuff seems to go wrong with the car! It's never been the same since! I will never ever use these again!!!

I recently visited Formula One Autocentre in Worksop for an annual MOT. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The first issue I encountered was when I received a call from the garage on the morning of my appointment to inform me that one of their tools was broken and they would need to reschedule my appointment for later next week. This was frustrating, as I had made arrangements to have my car serviced at a specific time but I was understanding that it was out of anyones control and obliged with the new time given, but it would've been great if they could've provided an amended booking confirmation. When I arrived at the garage in the morning for my appointment, I was told that they couldn't start my MOT as one of their staff members hadn't arrived to work on time and they were answering phones. The staff member I spoke with made it clear that he was not happy about the situation and questioned what I planned to do for a few hours until my car was ready, despite it not really being any of his business. This made me feel really bad and I couldn't believe their lack of professionalism and poor timekeeping was being placed on me. To make matters worse, my car ended up failing the MOT due to several issues. However, when I asked for advice on how to proceed, the staff member told me to go directly to the manufacturer as they didn't want to deal with it. The failures were; A centre seatbelt strap not functioning as expected - which they said would require Audi to repair - which I found to have no problems with - hilarious. Second failure was apparently a faulty headlight bulb aiming too high. (Took the car straight to another garage that hour in the same conditions which passed straight away with more added advisories which Formula One Autocentres missed and a quote on how much it would cost to fix) - amazing service. In addition to the issues I encountered, the staff member I dealt with had poor manners and seemed disinterested in helping me. Overall, my experience at Formula One Autocentre was terrible and I would not recommend this garage to anyone.

Not the best service, felt like they had better things to be doing. Booked in for a tyre change they said it will be 15 minutes, took them 45 mins. Best bit is my locking wheel nut is missing now.

Girlfriend took car in for MOT- came out failed and wanted £1500! To repair all or £400 for major faults. Not confiming the engine and ESP light issue or part that needed replacing. Wrongly identifying a part that needed replacing on suspension. Left with so many advisories which weren’t needed. I with help from a mechanic friend identified what was need and took it to another mot center and passed. With completely different advisories. F1 are ripping customers off telling them stuff needs going when it doesn’t . Would never use there services again ever.
