   Amazing garage. I had work done on my car which was in limp mode as it had a crankshaft sensor fault. Unfortunately, the garage replaced the crankshaft sensor but this still did not fix my car. I took it back and they had another look and let me know that if could potentially be a small fix but it could also end up costing an awful lot of money. I went to a volkswagen specialist for their opinion and they believed the part they fitted may not be genuine but the garage was determined it definitely is a genuine part. I am looking to get rid of my car now as I do not want to pay more money into it with the high mileage it has but I have to say this garage dealt with me extremely professionally and honestly, they even drove my car so they could try and understand the issue. I was happy with the service and would highly recommend this garage.

   I chose this garage for an MOT on the basis of it being local, and after viewing previous good reviews. When I booked the MOT, I unfortunately accessed the garage via the wrong door and was greeted by a younger technician who provided me with a somewhat rude and abrasive response. I did not consider this to be an appropriate way to speak to a customer as he only had to politely ask me to use the reception door rather than in the manner he opted to use. Despite my annoyance to this situation, I kept the MOT booking. In fairness to the garage the subsequent service was very good and the MOT was carried out extremely quickly and efficiently. Mixed overall experience - customer service for MOT very good, previous customer service when booking, poor.
