Can't thank Junaid and the lads enough to sort my MOT out on my Audi A4 at such a short notice. Lovely lads and will deffo be my regular garage now. Work was done very quick and efficiently within a few hours as I really needed the car. Would recommend this garage hugely for a great service provided by the team. Well done lads and keep up the good work

Lovely lads at EC Garage, came out to take a look at car this morning when it wouldnt start and got it back working for me. MOT was also done really quickly a few months, reasonable prices for the work that needed doing and had car back in 2 days despite it being Eid and them being really busy! Moved to the area this year and they will be my go to garage now.

I can't thank EC Garage enough for the incredible job they did on my Ford Transit Connect. After being told by multiple garages that the engine was beyond repair and I'd need a full replacement, I brought it to EC Garage for one last opinion — and I’m so glad I did. They quickly diagnosed the real issue, saved the engine, and installed a brand new timing belt. Their work was not only professional and efficient, but also saved me thousands of pounds and a huge headache. It’s rare to find a garage this honest and skilled. EC Garage didn’t try to upsell or scare me into unnecessary repairs — they just got the job done right. Highly recommend EC Garage to anyone looking for trustworthy, top-quality service. I’ll definitely be using them again!

EC Garage First Rate! Excellent customer service at a great price! Friendly helpful ex-main agent professionals who are focused on getting you back on the road as quickly as possible! My Mercedes C220 Blue Efficiency had major transmission faults unable to engage reverse first and second gear. This model is fitted with a duel clutch which was also replaced due to excessive wear. The gearbox was professionally inspected, thankfully this was OK so I just had the gear oil replaced. The gear selector was stripped down broken parts were identified and replaced in a timely manner. I received regular updates from EC Garage, and was given options and advice on how to resolve the transmission issues and what was involved. The garage is a fully equipped very professional set up! Totally happy with the cost of repairs and I received a detailed breakdown as everything is fully transparent! They are always busy but very accommodating and helpful and most importantly you are treated as an individual! I don’t take my cars anywhere else!! Thanks to the team at EC.

Absolute cowboys. Supplied discs and pads to be changed. One month later pads are down to bare metal. Obviously never did the work but charged me and kept parts that I supplied. Reported to trading standards.

Wanted a thorough check on my car because it had hardly been used through lockdown. It was thoroughly checked, no problems found. Good friendly service, reasonable price.

These guys are local to me so I thought I'd give them a try, however I am soured by my recent experience and will be going elsewhere. EC Garage is reasonably priced but maybe it will end up costing more in the long run. I have to question the ability and thoroughness of the mechanics for the following reasons: Firstly, I've never had an MOT and a Service that's been booked in for a week take 2 days but maybe the age of the car is meaning that the job is bigger. Second, I put the car in a month or so ago. The handbrake wasn't working properly and I paid £50 for it to be fixed. One of the failures on the MOT this time around was that the handbrake cable was misbehaving once again - one month since £50 was spent on it. Third, when I took the car home after the first days work it was misfiring and the engine warning light was flashing. Not using the car that night cost me £25 in taxi fees. It turns out one of the mechanics didn't put back a connection properly. Fourth, the bonnet developed a problem where it would not open (seized lock) on day 2 of the work. How this can happen is beyond me. It could be that a mechanic caused the problem by accident. It could be a co-incidence that the problem arose when these guys were working on my car. This seems unlikely to me but it’s possible. I'll never know unfortunately. The grill is sitting much looser compared to how it was before, the lock will not open and the grill has been drilled at the top in a rather unseemly manner. This doesn't bother me so much as I have a huge dent in the drivers side door anyway. Finally, when I was picking my car up after day 2 of work, I checked the problems before leaving the forecourt. Whilst one of the mechanics tried and failed to get the bonnet open for me the man I had mostly been dealing with was swearing about a car... mine maybe? It seemed that way, he was certainly frustrated about something. The car does feel much better to drive now it's passed it's MOT but it's incredibly frustrating that the car is sitting there with a bonnet that won't open and a mangled grill.
