   Booked my car in with kez and was told work would be done within 10 days. Took 3 weeks to complete and was completely unsatisfied with the standard of work and the price. Overcharged me for the repairs of my vehicle which weren’t even carried out by him but his substance abuser employee. The colour didn’t match with the other panels. Wasn’t blended in properly. Panels weren't aligned properly. Hadn’t been sanded down properly or painted in a proper paint booth area. Dirt in the paintwork. Failed mot due to not being welded properly. A damp smell in the interior and mold began to appear. Suspected water leak through the repairs. Wasn’t even given a receipt nor was the work individually priced up. Random quote which we agreed on for him to then demand another £500 after. Complete rip off. Time and time again I have complained about the work and that it needs re-doing to a satisfactory standard, only to be told he’s busy for the next few months. Appalling work. Will never use ever again. Car looked better before it came to the garage, left looking a complete mess! AVOID this back street dodgy garage. Slave labour going on in there, mistreatment of his substance abuser employees. AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COST.
