   5* All the way for Napoleon Garage! I have an Audi A5 Sportback 72 plate. Had an issue with my DPF light showing engine fault contact work shop resulting in lost power. Called Audi Road side Assist, they couldn't resolve the issue and wanted to take the car to the dealer. My car is out of warranty so they qouted me £1000 plus vat to sort the issue out… Wow! That's expensive specially when times are hard I called many garages but Napoleon garage in Bradford BD4, amazing service from the start to finish with well respected staff members who know what they are talking about. Honesty is key! Very professional establishment, I have got to say, anyone who has an issue on their new cars and its out of warranty, HIGHLY recommend Napoleon Garage. Professionals who are honest and got my job done in the space of 20 mins at a fraction of the price.

   Very good service from FRANK. Very professional and work done straight away to a very high standard. They explain from start to finish what is what and how they fixed the issue. Receipt proved with all warranty information for peace of mind. Azar always on site to help and always makes time for me (been using these guys around 1 year).    Upon arriving I was made to feel very welcome. Staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. Waited in the waiting room which was nice and warm and was provided with a coffee whilst waiting for works to be carried out to my vehicle. Very informative with issues and happy to help explain certain things. Overall very good job done. Highly recommend this garage, 100% the best experience I’ve had with any garage. Honest with faults fair prices can’t argue with that.

   Couldn't recommend a better garage! My first time using napoleon's and they are honestly smashing it from every aspect. I had a problem that required a few things to be fixed and I have received complete honesty, fair prices, and even a courtesy phone call after I got my car back to make sure I am satisfied with the work carried out.    Great garage and great customer service. Called up and asked if they could squeeze me in on a Saturday afternoon to replace some brake pads. Took it straight down and 30 minutes later the pads were done, all whilst I waited. Can't recommend them enough, will certainly go back again.
