Had a radio problem on my newly acquired Mercedes E300 where the infotainment suddenly stopped coming on. Was referred to Dashtec by another car stereo place as they were fully booked for weeks. Spoke to Ali, who was so kind, asked me to bring in the car on the evening of same day. By 12pm next day, my infotainment system was back on and he was honest enough to tell me what had been done. Very honest chap, was incredibly pleased with his service and pricing. I’d strongly recommend Dashtec any day, anytime.
I had been to two different garages because my engine malfunction light kept coming on randomly, one charged me £500 for work I probably didn't need. Most garages were saying they would have to send it away for three days I rang dashtec explained I needed my car for work, they said bring it Saturday afternoon, so I didn't lose time off work, did the job in half an hour, at a great price, lovely and polite and very helpful. Would definitely recommend .
Absolutely brilliant! My van was fixed by my local garage but came back with a fault showing on my dashboard, related to the AdBlue system. I went to the dealer to have it cleared, but the problem kept coming back. Three different guys in Halifax tried to fix it with no results. Then, I went to a guy in Pontefract who is apparently the best in the UK, but he failed. Another guy from Manchester, who everyone claimed was a cowboy, also failed. I even tried someone in Scotland. I started to feel like my van would never be fixed and it sat in the car park for 7 months. Additionally, my 3 ECU got damaged by the mechanics. Then, someone gave me the contact information for Dashtec Man. I couldn't believe it. The guy sorted the problem within 2 days and charged me £200 less than the other guys. I would definitely recommend this guy to anyone.
I contacted these guys regarding my BMW 335i cluster where the needles had stopped moving/ working. I came down to see them on Monday evening at 5:00pm to drop the car off. The guys were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the issue was. I then got a phone call at 7:15pm saying the cluster was repaired and car ready to collect, only 2 hours later! the cluster was like new and was fixed in what must be record time! Highly recommend, I will definitely return with more work for them in the future
Popped by here a couple weeks ago with my bmw. It all started off with the older fella talking rude and down at me from a simple question and then a ‘who sent you’ and ‘you haven’t been here before’ i just felt like telling him don’t worry I’m not the clocking back police I wouldn’t go back he’s quite rude.
Rang dashtec for help. To see if he could have a look at my car. He couldn't help on this occasion but was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Very knowledgeable. Probably would use service in the future. Very honest.
The guys at Dashtec are so helpful. I took my little Fiat 500 to them and they were really helpful in diagnosing what the problem was. Thank you so much guys, for being professional, friendly and very helpful. I am totally clueless and little bit girly when it comes to cars and the guys here made me feel really comfortable, so happy with the service they provided me with. Hopefully the little beast is sorted for now :)
The owner is very abrupt and rude. Contacted him about getting a job done to my car and was adoment I leave my car with him despite only being a 30 minute job. Just his whole attitude put me off getting work done from him so just got it done elsewhere. If you have no customer service skills then maybe hire someone that does.
I have an electric boot which started coming down as soon as I opened it. It was very dangerous and did crush me a few times. I popped in to dashtec, where they were very helpful and solved the issue. I’m Very happy with the professionalism, service and price! Thank you.
