Very helpful garage spoke to a young man on the phone I believe it was sunny who was very knowledgeable and basically diagnosed my van over the phone I had been to numerous garages before I contacted Tw Mercedes and they was stuck trying to figure out this fault with my abs system which is now sorted thanks again for the advice.
I don't normally do reviews but these guys were so amazing I thought I needed to post. My very sick, only 60 miles till limp mode Mercedes Sprinter, was ill. I rang up TW on the off chance they could look at it. The nice lady on the phone said bring it in and the guys will take a look. The computer whiz kid then turned up and did his thing, wow what knowledge and experience, when I arrived he was stripping down an engine, I mean who can do that these days, not a main dealer. Anyhow less than an hour later I was back on the road sorted out. Well recommend these guys and especially the computer whiz kid you know who you are!!!
I can’t recommend Tw any more. After bad experiences with other garages I wouldn’t take my van anywhere else!. I’m a firm believer of supporting local businesses and would rather go there than the main dealership. The staff have a great knowledge of there job and they are all extremely friendly and helpful especially the lady I have dealt with on many occasions, not sure of her name but very helpful and easy to talk too. Conclusion, good service, outstanding workmanship, good value. Thank you for everything
***DO NOT USE THEM**** My experience with TW Mercedes has been nothing short of appalling. After diagnosing my vehicle, they insisted the issue was due to faulty injectors and demanded I order new, genuine Mercedes injectors, costing £1,500, directly from Mercedes. This was despite the fact that my vehicle had new injectors installed just a few months prior. In total, I spent over £2,000, including their fees, only to have the vehicle returned to me in worse condition than when it arrived. To make matters worse, they have failed to provide any injector test results to confirm their diagnosis, despite repeated promises to send them. Weeks later, I am still waiting for these results as well as my engine cover, which they neglected to reinstall. Their communication throughout the process was unprofessional and rude, and their handling of the situation has been deceitful and entirely unacceptable. TW Mercedes has proven to be dishonest, unprofessional, and far from the specialists they claim to be. I strongly advise against using their services.
Took our 2002 313CDI based motorhome with intermittent sprintshift issues. Proper diagnosis, repair (sprintshift pump & relay), computer re-learn of shift points and issues appear resolved. Obviously knowlegable of commercial merc's irrespective of age.
Top notch knowledge of mercedes vans charged me a whole £5 for parts to sort my van will definitely recommend to anyone looking for their mercedes repaired

Shocking people to Deal with, keep away from this company. Why would a garage not disclose information on what repairs are done. Fair enough we bought the vehicle and the buyer is paying the repairs, but we had a right to know what repairs were done. Not even a single piece of invoice or paperwork, absolute cowboys. After picking the van up straight away engine management light comes on. Spoke to a member of staff who was very rude, he said he is sick of seeing this van. Very unprofessional, specially when you mention your a Mercedes specialist. You are a specialist at wasting time and money. You said come back on Monday, I have had it repaired from a specialist at a special price. From people who know what they are doing. Will never use or recommend you. Utterly disgusting service.
