Super helpful staff who found out the correct battery type that I needed and ordered the part. Really friendly and knowledgeable.
Great experience from arrival to leaving. Greeted by a lovley lady who offered refreshments and pointed me in the direction of the Service desk. 90 minutes later car was serviced, washed and vacuumed and ready to go.
Called in for a replacement rear screen wiper blade, asked for method of removing the old one. This was demonstrated with the replacement by one of the staff. Wonderful service as usual.
Good service staff friendly and helpful did a first rate job
Toyota Land cruiser went in for a repair, which ended up costing over £2.k. But service was fantastic and kept me updated daily with everything going on. Also sorted out a courtesy car, which was very helpful for the week and bit my car was in. Would definitely use again. Very friendly staff.
