   I recently took my SQ5 to Chris at CM Tuning for an undiagnosed knock coming from the front. This was after visiting ten different mechanics—including highly knowledgeable, well-known shops that claim to be VAG specialists—and getting nowhere. A friend recommended CM Tuning, and all I can say is that Chris is an absolute godsend. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely courteous. Within an hour, he found the cause of the knock, repaired it, and sent me on my way with a big smile on my face. I highly recommend Chris at CM Tuning. Don’t waste your time anywhere else—he’s the go-to guy. Hats off to you, Chris!

   After a year I've decided people need to be aware to be able to make their own judgement. I'm not one to slag anyone off, however after recommendations I chose CM tuning to repair my Golf r that I had just purchased, it had a rumble on the rear and it was looked at, it had the wrong oil in and I was told it will need the rear diff rebuilding or replacing. I spoke with the company who sold me the car and they allowed me to have the car repaired and send them the invoice. I chose cm tuning as on the face of it he seemed very knowledgeable and I felt the car was in good hands. After a good few weeks and very little communication, I got the car back EXACTLY the same. I obviously highlighted this to Chris and he didn't seem bothered and didn't offer to get the car back in. The company I got the car from said they'd settled the invoice and as far as they were concerned the claim was resolved. And yet I'm left with a faulty car. I gave up and sold the car in the end. What should have been a good enjoyable time turned into a shambles and a headache and I feel this company was a big part of that. Make your own judgements on this place but I will never ever return

   Excellent and meticulous service from Chris at CM Tuning. Took my Audi RS3 for a major service with Haldex and pan roof service as Audi themselves don't properly service the Haldex pump filter. Chris showed me before and after pictures of everything he worked on and I'm extremely happy with the results. The service history was also updated online to keep up to the full history the car has on the Audi database. Much better value and work than the main dealers. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family. Thank you!

   I got my car tuned from another MRC Tuning branch but rung CM Tuning to ask about an issue with my Stage 1 car which turned out to be a non-map related issue. He picked up the phone straight away when i rung and offered to check the car in person. He fitted me in 1 hour later and did a full health check on my car, identifying the issue. After doing this Chris didnt charge me a penny out of courtesy. Absolutely fantastic customer service. I know where im going from now on for any car related work i need/want done. i would definitely recommend getting work done from CM Tuning. Chris and Stuart are the ones to ask for!

   So glad I found Chris, its hard to find a reliable, honest, and knowledgeble tuning expert especially when it comes to more prestigous cars. Having looked after my RS4 for a few years I knew I was in good hands when I handed my R8 over to him. Four days after dropping my car off, it had been completely transformed into a monster. Chris beautifully crafted a custom exhaust that perfectly fit my needs, and I'm by no means an expert but it looks superb quality to me. Chris is my go-to man for tuning and maintenance on my cars and I wouldn't trust anybody to do it as well as he does. He's always friendly, works quickly, and is reasonably priced. Can't recommend enough.
