Following a major repair I was obliged to return the vehicle as the engine settings were wrong. I was told they were correct but I had to pay the have them re set. I approached them regarding a refund and the boss of the garage effectively told me to piss off. He is a belligerent bully who was not prepared to listen to me at all. Very, dry disappointing.
Called in Friday morning 8-30 ish told them what I wanted doing said they would let me know when and how much. Said they would do it Saturday. I mentioned a local event was taking place that weekend could I drop it off 11 o'clock that day...2-45 rang me and said was done, explained everything they had done cheaper than quote brilliant service will use them again for sure
Fantastic service, very knowledgeable lads and very helpful. Had trouble at another garage (Can't be arsed going into it) messing me about with my wife's Suzuki Grand Vitara for 5 weeks big turbo problem, and when I got it back it was still not right. Heater matrix pipe was bust. Barcroft had it diagnosed, fixed and my wife was driving it again within 12 hours, and also Mot'd my focus in the same day....GOOD, HONEST, TRUST WORTHY GARAGE...There few and far between but these lads tick all the boxes....Keep up the good work chaps....EXCELLENT !!!!!!!
