I’ve been going to Andy’s for years, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable chaps. Always done a great job on mine and my husband’s car.
If i could give zero i would. Where shall i start. Couple of weeks ago i took my car as it was making a knocking sound, Andy advised i need a new suspension arm so he proceeded to order the part and install it. It cost £170 inc. fitting which i thought was a bit excessive but i needed to get rid so it had to be sorted. The problem was the knocking sound did not disappear and when i called back Andy advised he will be away for 10 days and he will have to look at it again, almost in a dismissive way. Today i have taken another car in for a service ( i provided the oil, air filters and engine oil). Upon entering the garage i was told my brake pads were also wearing thin so they will replace these also. I asked how much for the service and brake pads (All in) & was told between £80-£90. An hour later i received a call saying the car is ready and i owe £120. I questioned this and the guy was very rude and kept swearing saying he denied saying this. Furthermore he went onto say he did not need my custom as he boasted he has over 500 customers. Shocking shocking service, hugely disappointed and was swearing at me. Dishonest conmen never going back again. Oh by the way no receipts to prove cost of brake pads or previously the suspension arm. Disappointing and bad attitude.

Lovely set of lads wouldn't go anywhere else, can never fault them. Been using this garage over several years now. If I had to give a score out of 10 it would be 20.
