Its shocking how these cowboys have an almost 5 star rating... I was recommended to this company for an issue with my 7 speed DSG gearbox, sometimes the car would jerk from 2nd gear to 3rd... i took it to these clowns, and they simply throw some text book jargon at me, told me gearbox oil change is due and sent me away for 3 days, I come back and wala its done but now i need to find someone else to configure the gearbox (fancy not feeling the need to mention this vital information prior to taking my money). Now I am on a busy schedule and Im not going to be able to take my car in for another year as i need my car daily for work. A year later I muster up the courage to take the car to VW dealership only to be told ive been done over... The car has a lifetime oil seal gearbox unit and the gearbox cannot be serviced, it can only be replaced .... LOL... wait, so how did these plonkers service my gearbox with the oil they made me pay for if there is no way to service this sealed gearbox? Food for thought for any brave souls out there willing to put their car on the line with this sorry excuse of a vehicle service centre !

A very good and honest mechanic. Took my car to kwik fit and they told me the wheel bearings had gone so I just accepted it was going to be an expensive job. A friend from work recommended him so I dropped my car off and hoped for the best. He rang me back the next day and told me it was ready. He said the bearings were fine and that the housing that holds the bearings was just loose so tightened them up and charged me just for his time which was very cheap. He could have kept the car there for a few days and charged me hundreds of pounds and I'd have been none the wiser but he's not like that. A very trustworthy mechanic indeed
