   An excellent experience in the Guildford store. I had purchased some trainers for my father and had to return them due to being too small, with no signs of being restocked online, I popped back into store and they were located in another store and swiftly sent to Guildford and I was called on the day they arrived. Every staff member I dealt with polite and friendly, really excellent experience. Having worked in retail myself, I’m quite picky on customer service! And they were all excellent.

   Bought a pair of faux leather shoes specifically for walking. Used once on wet pavements when not raining and my feet were soaking wet after only half an hour. Not fit for purpose

   Purchased another pair of shoes here yesterday for the third time, I only recently starting purchasing Sketchers and I have been pleased with my shoes. I have a lot of problems with my feet and it's nice to find comfortable shoes so I have plenty of options. They might cost more than average but so far for me it seems to be worth it, I think the shoes wear well over time also.
