   I’ve been a customer at this BMW body shop twice now, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The manager, Ian, is absolutely amazing so much so that I travel all the way from London just to have my car looked after here. Ian is honest, fair, and doesn’t try to upsell or create unnecessary jobs like some other places do. He makes sure the work is done right, and both times I’ve left extremely happy with the results. The quality of the work is top-notch, and Ian really goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. If you’re looking for a body shop you can trust, this is the place to go. Top service, top results, and Ian is a genuinely great guy!

   Unbelievably appalling! Keep my car for 4 weeks and gave it back exactly the same if not worse than it went in. Complained and got excuses and augmentative language (as polite as I can be) were supposed to service the car while there and didnt , they kept it a further 2 weeks send a letter saying it had had a recall, phoned BMW uk and it hadn't, Booked a further service whilst in for the further 2 weeks and again not done then told it wouldn't be done as not on a service pack , needless to say it is. They didnt understand the issue with my car were incapable of fixing it and then made excuses and tried to cover their back. I would trust them to fix my push bike. Beyond appalled my car is currently lethal !

   I have used Stratstone's bodyshop a number of times now and the service and quality of work is exceptional from Ian, Nicola and Nigel. The costings are very reasonable and they have always carried out extra work for me for no charge. I would highly recommend using their services as they have been a pleasure to deal with.
