The owner Lisa talks bad about homeless and makes false promises to her security staff. I would not recommend her to anyone she just cares about the money

Providing much needed residential services for the homeless in Tameside. Greystones (NHA) is a safe place for those that are referred from Tameside Housing Services as part of the coordinated homeless housing programme. Residents can access all types of aid agencies including; mental health, rehab, legal, housing, social care and physical therapy because they are able to use Greystones (NHA) as a safe and secure base.

I personally did not stay there but from someone who has stayed there and the staff were absolutely horrible. Someone who has depression was feeling at their lowest, the security told him to shut up and the cleaning staff said that no body cares. Absolutely disgusting

I couldn't stay at greystones because they had no room but they gave me food products sanitary advice clothes they made phone calls to womens refuges and called up the council I now have a home with without greystones I'd still be sleeping in a graveyard for protection because iam a woman who' no one would take in because of the bedroom tax.. I didn't meet any criteria so the only people who helped were greystones.. Thank you so much

I use to live here, helped me to quit drinking when they took me in after living on the streets, I had support for the 4 and half years of living here and eventually moved into my own place where I have continued to stay sober, its been 6 and half years now since iv drank alcohol thanks to greystones help and support
