I have been twice to this garage for work and and an MOT. And while the staff are friendly its seems to be a facade while they overcharge for shoddy work. I today had my car looked at by a mechanic friend as the car was making a funny noise and and I was in the area. He said it was the exhaust and that the bolts had been fitted Incorrectly holding it in place at the front, I informed him that the exhaust had only been fitted in August of this year and that it was by this point just 2 months old. He informed me that the work had been done to a very poor standard and asked how much it cost and if I had had any other work done at the same garage. I told him the price for the new exhaust (around £260 in total) and that I had Also had tires and brakes replaced in February which ran about £600. He was, to say the least, flabbergasted by what I had told him, he informed me that replacement parts likely cost a quarter of what I was charged and that I had in essence been fleeced as an easy target. I would suggest for anyone who needs work or an MOT doing on their car, look elsewhere. These people cannot be trusted to give honest quotes and deliver quality work, I would suggest a toddler with a tool box from fisher price could do a better job, but that would be insulting to the toddler.
Great garage. We always take our cars there and have always felt like we’ve had great work done at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing service by these guys at Steadfast! They fit me in very quickly and gave me a great quote for a repair. On top of all this, the time they took for my repair was suberb, I would recommend these guys to anybody looking for a reliable, quick and friendly service!

Couldn't recommend the garage enough. I have had two cars going in numerous times for different issues. The guys are always honest, fast to find the problem, and make life easy. They have even refused to charge me on two occasions - highly recommend.
The staff is very friendly. Their workmanship is of high standard and on top of that they are cheap. They will never tell you that they took 3 hours to work on car when they took one hour. I always take my cars to them for MOT and service/repairs. Very reliable.
