Useless. Don't waste your time using these wasters. Guy who works the phone is the rudest and most condescending bloke I've spoke to in some time. My car is covered under an EMAC warranty, clearly as such they wanted absolutely nothing to do with me. Called with a red engine light on my dash, had the car in for a diagnostic and every single time I chased them for an update on it, I would hear nothing back. I should have gone to another garage but foolishly, and out of spite that I'd spent 90 quid-ish on the diagnostic, I continued to push them for help on it. Over a full year later they finally did the work. It's also worth knowing they ran the diagnostic 4 times as each time I brought it in, they would simply turn the engine light off to "see if the same error came back up again". So over a year later the works get done. Within 2 months the engine light comes back on. Just rang them back up, usual dismissive, angry and condescending tone; and was told indefinitely that I'd need to pay the diagnostic fee even though the fault they were meant to fix in the summer of 2024, is still plaguing the car in the autumn of 2025. Absolute joke. How these guys aren't at a 2 star rating is beyond me. All the reviews about the bloke being rude, they probably still undersell it. Avoid avoid avoid

Absolutely rubbish. Told me on 3 different days to bring my car in, and at end of day hadn't done the job and said to come back. If he didn't want to do the job he should have said so instead of mucking us about. And the car is still not fixed

Rudist most patronising man Martin the owner I have ever dealt with. Do not use if you want your car to be told it's ker put. When you have to ring them to chase. The owner when I rang was rude, insulting, patronising and told me my car needed a NEW ENGINE. " It's ker put, and I don't mean to insult you love but you'd get Β£300 possibly Β£400 scrap for it" That be I picked the car up after a week and it clearly HAD NOT BEEN TOUCHED. needs and the owner who is rude and arrogant said that's Β£96. When I asked what I was getting for this price after he said "well based on my years and years of vehicles, the engine is knackered. Ker put and that's that" So I paid to have our car collected from this professional RAC APPROVED GARAGE!!?????? how do they get that is beyond me. So my car is back with me. Had some new plugs fitted to it for Β£33 and we have now been driving our car since. So new engine,insults, patronising cruel and insulting words from the owner I can only advise people to not use this garage unless you want to be ripped off and him telling me that. Martin the owner who is rude telling me if needs a new engine. And now Β£33 later I've been back on the road since I've been back. WHAT A DREADFUL UPSETTING EXEPERIENCE and if your a women he will condescend you, be rude to you and call you love and basically insult you. So my advice to anyone thinking of using Martin Lee at vehicle solutions clay wheel lane DO NOT as they are untrusting, anything for a quick buck, didn't want anything to do with my car. I've had three opinions since it went there and no other garages have said new engine!!!! They never even touched it and said it's the wet belt. Which I've had confirmed by the three other independent garages that a new one had been fitted!!! Do not trust this Martin and this garage unless you want insults and misleading information and never have the decency to phone you back. I had to have the car recovered back at a cost to me, and when you read all the other reviews you can see I'm not on my own about the rude owner!!!! Rac approved I don't even know how they can own that privilege of being called that. And I have informed the RAC and complained informing them of there total utter fob off of my car and then wanted my money for doing absolutely nothing. DO NOT USE unless you want to be patronised and told your car needs a new engine!!! Based on the owners motor industry experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The shop initially tried to solve my car window problem. Paul communication was OK, I had to chase up for updates a few times, maybe because their shop is too busy. All went ok until the moment, I tried to get a quote over the phone for a window installation got an answer which to me was rude, and therefore I don't think I will be going back. Other than that, it was OK.

I must say, Iβve used this garage a few times now and I am really impressed with the services Iβve been provided with. The level of communication and most importantly honesty when fixing my car has been fantastic. Martin Leeβs technicians have spent a lot of time diagnosing my car but have been resilient and managed to sort my problems out! My car always came back cleaner than ever, driving better than when I took it in. I would definitely recommend using them for repairs and Iβll definitely be going to them when I want to purchase my next car!

Very professional, as a middle aged woman I was treated with respect and was very impressed with the guy on reception. The booking system was great, immediately sent me an email and a text. Fabulous value for money, much less for a service than quoted at the Subaru garage. Quick turn around for my car. Will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you.

Excellent service. I had what I thought was an engine fault on my newly bought DS Autos DS5. It said "engine fault, repair needed". Noticed that Martin Lee was highly recommended by many customers and had many 5 star reviews so took the car to him yesterday. Well not only did I receive a warm welcome but he fixed the issue in 15 minutes and refused to charge me a penny! In addition Martin made some very useful suggestions as to how I could avoid a recurrence of the issue in future! Martin has renewed my faith in garages, having been ripped off by others in the past and I have no hesitation in recommending his services to all Sheffield car drivers. Never mind a five star rating Martin deserves at least six!
