The store made the order for the warehouse and with delivery to the store the sneakers never arrived. I went to the store with all the papers and the manager is very rude and has no notion of customer service. I will never come here again. I had 2 weeks to receive my money!!
I came to your store not long ago, looking for school shoes and trainers for my autistic son. My son was very happy with a pair of shoes but we could only found one shoe in his size. A worker called Tay went above and beyond to help me as It was very hot and a bit stressful for my son and me.
It was really nice until a few month ago, when they renovated. I went there yesterday and there was no AC, no ambient music/radio, stuffy air. Very small selection of sandals, although we're still in the middle of summer. Full of baskets only with £9.99 deals like on the street markets down the road. Not recomended
Used to be a bigger store, however still seeljng good quality shoes.
I was there on Saturday with a friend who was buying some shoes & I witnessed a white lady (who I assume was the manager or senior staff) shout at a Young Indian girl, the "manager" then threw boxes with such force and anger, the young girl was apologetic and saying she was busy doing other work, but this just didn't sit right with me. I don't think I have left any reviews before and if I have it is minimal. No one deserves to be treated like that at work, especially in front of customers. Please train your senior staff
It took longer that it should to pick up what I had ordered online. One person was doing most of the work. So far I am happy with the product and didn't really mind waiting a bit. The staff were pleasant.
I always like Deichmann shoes but the supervisor she don’t know how to talk with customer even they have own mistakes still she doesn’t want to apologised I didn’t mentioned even I wear shoes outside she was making her excuse and she blaming on me even she didn’t check what happened wrong with my shoes only she doesn’t want to exchange my shoes.They have to explain the customer return and exchange policy but they don’t do rubbish service by supervisor.
Had bought a pair of shoes 2 weeks ago and returned with no issues. We visited the store again today. This pair(see pic) was on discount but different sizes 24 and 24. When I asked the supervisor she said it is just it is. She was absolutely careless and just taking to her colleague without minding a customer being there. Ms. “Shay” was just careless despite being a supervisor. That’s why I wouldn’t recommend the store.
Frequent consumer for years. More styles and economical pricing. Very good school shoe collection. Staff on floor are helpful to find the required sizes. Clean space and ample of seats to sit and relaxedly try the shoes.
