   This salon is a real gem. I don't usually post reviews but I was so impressed with the team here that I wanted to share. I'm a bit confused by a couple of the negative posts as I have always felt so very well taken care of. All of the girls are incredibly skilled therapists with such a lovely genuine approach to clients. They really do want the best outcome for all clients and will go over and above to make sure that it happens. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of the team although I would say that Leighann is brilliant with body treatments and Ellie is brilliant with nails. All overseen by Emma who will make sure that treatments are tailored to your needs. This includes telling you that you don't need particular treatments if you really don't. This salon is not about taking clients money it's about taking care of clients, I wouldn't go anywhere else now

   Great salon. The best thing (other than the skills of the girls) is the level of customer service you get. If you go in and ask for a treatment you really don't need then they will tell you. I trust the advice I am given and my skin looks great for it! Emma the owner is great and genuinely cares about the service she and her team provided to clients!

   I honestly cannot recommend Elegance enough. I’m not one usually for beauty treatments but I have been coming to Elegance every month now since they opened after a friend recommended Emma’s LED facial to help reduce the dark pigmentation spots all over my face which had really knocked my confidence. Emma put together a bespoke facial course for me and after just 2 LED light treatments the difference was amazing. I continued the course for 6 treatments in total and in each one Emma would tailor the Facial to what I needed each time - if my skin had a breakout of spots she would target that too or if my eyes were looking puffy she would work her magic on sorting those out! This women is amazing! The ambience of the salon is lovely, very calm and professional and above all very welcoming. No pushy sales tactics either to make you book anything else, their services sell themselves. I’ve now finished my face course & have booked in for laser hair removal on my legs... again I’m thrilled with the results so far! Thanks girls for giving me my confidence back, Kate x

   Amazing!! I've never been to a beauty salon and felt as comfortable as I do at Elegance. From the moment I step in the door and greeted by the lovely Chloe or Ellie (new beauty therapist) to the moment I leave I just feel so comfortable. It doesn't matter what you're there for or your story, no one judges you, everyone is so polite and professional and it's lovely to see the whole team get along too! They have such a vast range of treatments to choose from and also offers which are incredible! I've just finished my course with Emma, she is so lovely and polite and always has time for you as a client. I'm going to miss my Saturday sessions and a good old chat with Emma and my chance to relax, rest assured I will be booking in for more treatments!! Definatly worth trying out Ladies & Gents!!

   I stumbled upon this salon purely by accident I went to see Emma and from the moment we met I feel like we clicked she’s a very professional lady who made me feel so welcome and at ease straight away. She offers a range of bespoke treatments and is currently helping me with my weight loss journey she’s extremely knowledgeable in everything she offers and I can’t wait to see where my journey takes me. I would highly recommend this salon for all your beauty needs.
