   First time visiting the salon this afternoon and booked an appointment to have nails soaked with no re-application. No introductions made and asked what my name was and to take a seat. Lovely girl who did my nails and filed post soaking from Hungary. No other conversations were made from any other staff. When paying gave the lady £10 as website and told it was £15 due to price changes, I told the lady website says £10 however nothing further said, returned home and checked website which does say £10. Therefore, called back to ask why I was charged extra, I was told prices were increased in May and website takes longer to update, however, two months! Not impressed at all and false advertising if I knew it was £15 I would have not gone there, please be vigilant that there prices on the website are incorrect before making appointments, and false advertising.

   Big shout out to the therapy team. Lovely warm welcome at every visit. Make a point of getting to know customers and there’s always an offer of a cup of tea. Special thank you to Ildy who does a wonderful job of my nails. Always up for adding sparkle or a design when the mood takes me. Can’t praise the team highly enough. Professional and experts in what they do. An abundance of treatments are available. Had a lovely spray tan from Charlotte and a lymphatic massage. Wouldn’t go anywhere else so thank you ladies for all of my treatments.

   First time visiting therapy…salon needs music, desperately quiet in my opinion. I had an overall pleasant experience I just wasn’t 100% happy with my procedures. I had a lash lift which I love although as it was my first experience — I thought I would be talked through the process which I wasn’t. My brow tint and wax has left me with wonky brows and an off orange hue to my brows which were over tinted leaving my skin stained. (I have black hair) a no point was the colour discussed. 3 stars is for my lash lift but I’m not happy with my brows.

   Visited here for the first time today. Was nervous as I hadn't been here before and hadn't had a beauty treatment for a while due to lockdown. Really impressed, was put at ease by Meg who I found to be very respectful, professional and friendly. Will be coming here again, thank you :)
