   While the salon looks clean at first glance, I noticed several hygiene concerns. Disposable nail files, which according to UK regulations should be changed between clients, appeared to be reused and overused. Metal tools like cuticle cutters and scissors were not visibly sterilised. The workspace had dust from filing gels, which gave an overall impression of poor cleanliness. The staff seemed casual and unprofessional during the treatment, including chewing gum and talking loudly. The gel manicure was done quickly, with uneven application and minimal preparation. Based on my visit, I would recommend checking other salons that follow stricter hygiene and service standards.

   I had a neck and shoulder massage. Lily asked me what type and pressure of massage I preferred. She was excellent. No feeling of time watching. A lovely comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. I almost fell asleep. A welcome glass of water at the end. Able to take my time.
