   Having chased an update on an online order I made just over a week later I was told the product was out of stock. Why on earth would you advertise a product as being available when it clearly isn't? This is obviously false advertising, which is extremely misleading and underhand. From reading other reviews online this seems to be common practice for Pure Beauty. Then when I was forced to cancel the order and seek a refund , I'm told the owner will have to approve this with no timescale as to when this will be. What a backwards way of operating, again awful customer experience and still no sign of any confirmation of my refund. Please, please, please don't make the same mistake as I did and avoid making an online order from this business.

   I have had the pleasure of coming to Pure Beauty twice to see the lovely Kaya now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else from now on! All of the staff, especially Kaya made my experiences here so comfortable and I felt well looked after both times. Not only was my treatment done to such a high standard, I honestly felt like if I needed anything, Kaya was there to accommodate and recommend different products to me, that could help with various different things when I suggested in conversation. Kaya ending up recommending to me a product called “Nine Yards dark spark dry shampoo” and it is honestly the best dry shampoo I have used. Kaya knew what she was talking about and really helped me understand the importance of what was in the product and how healthy it was for my hair! I am already looking forward to my next appointment with Kaya and have another relaxing couple of hours at Pure Beauty!

   What a beautiful salon and a fantastic experience. Greeted straight away upon entry and offered the best of the best. Treated with Border biscuits and I was able to get my favourite ginger tea (organic too!) I had the pleasure of being a model for an apprentice named Makier and she was amazing! She treated my rough basketball hands and feet and gave them the care they needed! Will definitely be getting my team mates into the salon for some love to their nails too! Makier had a beautiful uniform and acted with so much professionalism for just an 18 year old…oh and slayed my nails! Pure beauty has a good one. 10/10

   Went to get my ears pierced today and I can’t recommend Pure Beaty enough! Becky was amazing. She was friendly and professional and made me feel relaxed. The salon is beautiful and clean, I’d highly recommend them & will definitely be trying out some of their other treatments in the future. Thank you girls x

   The most professional, accommodating, relaxing and pleasant beauty salon I have ever been to. There are little touches which do not go unnoticed and I will definitely make this my regular salon now for all treatments. I never write reviews but I really feel that the level of service I have received from Pure Beauty definitely deserves just a little effort in return!
