   I highly recommend Tracy and her team they have been fantastic! Tracy especially has been a massive support both practically and emotionally when after a death in the family I suddenly found myself landlord of a bad tenant. They made a very stressful situation into a bearable one and I cannot thank them enough!

   I’ve been meaning to write this review for awhile and I wouldn’t be doing this amazing company justice if I didn’t write one. A few months back my wife and I had almost given up on our house search, having dealt with other rude and dismissive estate agents and landlords in the past. We came across a house we wanted to view and on the day of viewing were shown around the property by Jo. I honestly cannot praise her enough. Her friendliness , honesty and professionalism really made our day and gave us hope again. We were then introduced to Colette who rang us to take our details. Colette was extremely professional and helpful from start to finish. Moving is stressful, especially when you’re juggling work and kids in the midst of it but Collette and the team made the process so smooth it was honestly such a relief. We were never made to feel like a burden each time we had a question to ask. A friend of ours has recently been looking for an estate agent to manage their property and we did not hesitate to recommend Abode. Thank you Collette, Jo and the rest of the team. My family and I are very happy in our home.

   I was shown around a property by Jo today and I can honestly say it was the best viewing I have ever had. Jo was bubbly and chatty and explained everything without being too technical. Adobe needs more Jo's. Adobe themselves I have found very professional and my overall impression is that, unlike other agents, they are concerned about their tenants and appear less money-minded, even though obviously they are a business. As of today, I would recommend that others seeking to rent somewhere give Adobe a try first.

   Jo was very helpful and went the extra miles to help us make the best decision. The property was clean and well furnished. It seems the future tenant's comfort was certainly in mind, with large cupboards and extra shelving for storage. Jo was easy to talk to and made me feel like I could take my time with the viewing, unlike most of the other estate agents I've had a viewing with. Offer has been made! Fingers crossed!
