   Great apartment, nice and clean, looked exactly how the pictures looked. All facilities in the apartment didn’t not need contact hosts for anything. Great stay at the apartment, good location for why we came to visit the city and the service was lovely

   Small apartment with everything you needed, city centre near shops, NCP, gym and lots of food options. 1 star knocked off because TV didn't work, however free WiFi allowed us to watch Netflix on laptop

   Dont answer the phone and general poor customer service. Still not received my £200 pound deposit back as of 2 weeks later which is ridiculous. Emails not replies to etc.

   First of all we got cancelled on last minute and no one was answering the phone for hours. A week later still no answer also didn’t get my refund which I should since they cancelled last minute. There is no contact number online. I’ve contacted the person who has sent my email reservation and they choose to still ignore our situation.

   Absolute joke of a company .. during lockdown where we are told to stay at home... they are telling us we cant get a refund.... these kind of businesses is why this pandemic is getting worse... money robbers... you should be ashamed...

   Poor customer experience during this time of need, we had a booking for next weekend and due to the fact we have been told to quarantine we have had to cancel our trip. No refund, no reply to my message on booking.com, no offer to help. In a time where every little helps this a poor effort by Atana to show community support. I’ve stayed a few times before but this will be last time as they have showed there true money driven colours.
