Very happy with the whole team at Abode. Their staff are friendly and professional, and always do the best for both landlord and tenant. They make sure everything is compliant, and over the 12 years or so we've been with them have taken the pain out of lettings. Great value service.
I was shown a property yesterday by Jo on Huddersfield Road, and I would just like to say that she was by far the nicest, most courteous, and professional estate agent that I have ever met! She was very friendly and welcoming, and showed me all around the property. She was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed - including of the surrounding area. She even helped me plan the quickest journey to my office from the property, which I am incredibly grateful for. Many thanks for a fantastic and comprehensive viewing of the property. :)
I’ve recently signed a tenancy agreement with Abode and I was very eager to do so based on the helpfulness and professionalism of both Jo and Collette. Jo showed me around the property and was very friendly, caring and helpful and made such a nice effort of messaging me to make sure I had got back home safe - little things like that which make such a nice personal touch from an agency. I haven’t moved in yet, but I’m sure my experience of being a tenant will be just as good, based on how things have gone so far and the positive reviews echoed by others. I’m really looking forward to moving in :)
