Walked in hoping they would be able to squeeze me in, one of the lovely ladies went out of her way even though she was meant to leave, couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming, left feeling absolutely looked after, thank you!! X
I booked in for a pedicure but what i received fell short of any pedicures i had before.My toe nails and cuticles were trimmed and I had gel nails painted, it still cost me £35 . At no point were my feet soaked or any hard skin removed or moisturised.I thought that must be their procedure until I spoke to a friend recently.I wont be going back.
Mine always last 3 weeks and never chip. More expensive than some but worth extra money

The nail work was good, but the customer service was awful. I was made to feel like a burden for asking for an acrylic soak off. I suggest you do not offer these services to people who have had their nails done elsewhere if your response is to complain and make the customer feel unwelcome.
