   I had a brow wax with Ella Ella made me feel comfortable, she communicated really well throughout the process and made sure I was happy - checking that the wax was a comfortable temperature etc I was very happy with the result of my waxed brows. Ella was friendly, polite, she worked to the appointment time and I will definitely return to her. Thank you Ella x

   Only had my lashes done yesterday and already lost a lot on the right eye which makes it look not to so good obviously as it's only one side that fell out. I was also charged for glam set when I said I didn't want a full glam loook. Now I'm going for holiday with one eye looking different that the other ...lastly I feel a need to add this inner corner lashes just aren't attached correctly these pictures speak volumes.. I was shown no pictures on the day- and I said I wanted less eye lashes than the tech so neither of those statements are correct. I never said I liked it I said wow... because it was a lot to take in. The lash tech isn't even listed as lash tech on your website. You agreed to accommodate me for 10 I struggled to make it so you offered a refund which will hopefully materialise. So thank you for that. Lastly after 2 days i have this.. pictures attached...

   I had a full body massage yesterday by Melissa and she was soo good! Really firm pressure wise which is what I needed as I work out a lot. The whole ambience of the room was amazing from the welcome smoothie to the little chocolate at the end and the bed was really comfortable and heated too. I left the salon feeling refreshed and revitalised! Thank you so much ☺️

   I love the simplicity, of booking an appointment for my eyelashes, through the Beauty by Ellie website. I have never been kept waiting for an appointment and Ellie is extremely friendly and professional. What was meant to be a one-off appointment before a holiday, turned into a regular little treat. I love the little boost having pretty lashes gives me as a working mum of 4 with little ‘me time’. I would definitely recommend.

The girls are always friendly, professional and are happy to chat away to you or let you have a quiet relaxed experience if that's what you like. Any issues/concerns are resolved quickly and professionally with no questions asked. I honestly couldn't recommend Ellie and the team enough x

   Ellie has been doing my lash extensions and eyebrow threading for around 4 years… and trust me when I say, there is no one better. Every time I leave she’s perfected exactly what I asked for, and they last so well. My wedding lashes were incredible… and I knew I could trust her to make them amazing, even being unsure with what exactly I wanted. I’ve also had my lashes done by Kelsey, and she’s equally as amazing… I know how much a perfectionist Ellie is when training her employees. I recommend Beauty by Ellie to everyone… and I’d never go anywhere else.

   I have previously had my lashes done with Ellie and loved them every time. I trained in lashes myself with a different company however when I found out Ellie was offering training I enquired about refresher training. I am so happy that I did the refresher with Ellie as I now have my confidence back with lashing and enjoy doing lashes again. Ellie was great from start to finish and went over everything I wanted to cover. I can’t thank Ellie enough and I would definitely recommend Ellie for any training.
