I have used the team at Belvoir to sell 2 flats recently and their service was superb. I had offers on both within weeks and both completed effortlessly with great coms from Sue in the office regarding progress and chasing up. One property was way out of town but they still did the accompanied viewings and I really just left everything to their capable hands! Very highly recommended and I will certainly use them again myself in future.
I am super impressed with Vicky & the team at Belvoir Oldham. We have just rented a property through her and she took time to ensure the house was right for us and also we were right for the property and landlord too. We have let our property out with Belvoir for the past 8 years and I have always found them to be very helpful. We decided to sell our property and our contact with regards the sale was Sue. Sue was extremely helpful, more so than my own solicitor at times. She kept us updated throughout the sale and I know she worked hard for our purchasers as well. It was all handled in a very professional manner and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
