Sadly, having been given the gift that is Lymphoedema my feet are very swollen. After a few years struggling to wear normal shoes I looked for a solution of a shoe that would suit my health condition. This is when I came across Wide Shoes. Now, choice is not the same as those that have regular width/depth feet but there are plenty of options that suit everyday needs whether casual or formal. My first order was dispatched quickly and the footwear has made my life so much easier. Instead of fighting to wear a shoe, the DB shoes from Wide Shoes are easy to put on. As my needs at 6V Wide Feet even sort out a VAT refund. Due to how happy I was with both the product and the service I am now awaiting delivery of my second order. The Wide Shoe website has plenty of information on sizing and looks of images of the shoes that can be zoomed in as required. Cannot recommend this company enough if you have special needs for your footwear.
I ordered my mum her first pair we were kept informed about delivery they arrived very quickly. And most importantly the size fit perfectly which is the first time in years we’ve been able to this. I am so glad that I found this company! I had been struggling to find a pair of safety boots to fit my rather wide feet. On arrival I was greeted by Tom, who made me feel extremely welcome and really knows his stuff, having been in the business for around 50 years. He took the time to let me try on all the safety boots he has to offer, and explained all about the different brands and styles. There was no pressure, and it was clear he wanted to help find the boots that were right for me. The boots I ended up buying were the first pair of comfortable safety boots I've ever owned, that actually fit my feet properly. I may even buy another pair, and put them in the cupboard, ready for the future. The customer service was exceptional - I am now a customer for life! Thank you Tom :-)
Visited with my grandparents who both have diabetes. Great advice from the sales assistant and I ended up with a new pair for both of them. They had a good range of wide shoes with deep toe boxes and soft linings which they need. Plenty of free parking right outside which is handy!
