   Not experienced staff. Specially the boy. He tried to help a bit but totally has no clue about what they have, very unconfident. Lady went away and not tried to help too. Seems both work on foff type of attitude just there for a salary... I came to look for best work shoes and they offered me some brown shoes, when everyone knows work shoes must be black leather plain, made me wait ad re-question. Instead of approaching and helping. Going to webaite and showing me which model i need and if it is available only in other clarks stores? Poor service. Overall hope they can improve it so i can come back and have better experience. :(

   Terrible customer service and shopping experience with rude sales assistant. Made me feel very uncomfortable whilst shopping for my son’s pre walkers shoes today. She said “it’s not about what the parent wants it’s about the baby”. I am his mother ….? I think I know what’s best for him

   Awful customer service. I went in today to buy some pre walking shoes for my daughter, the sales assistant (if you can call her that) was RUDE! No help was offered, she asked questions, but didn’t elaborate on the answers at all! No eye contact, no thank you… nothing… just terrible!

   I stopped by this Clarks branch to drop off a pair of new Clarks boots, which had obvious defects and the product was purchased online. The store manager refused to accept the return and said they did not see anything wrong and asked us to return online not from the store, which is actually against the Clarks customer policy. I contacted the Clarks customer service with the proofs of pictures showing the defects on the boots and the c service fully refunded us and gifted the boots. They apologised. This Clarks shop might be the worst one I've ever visited. This is not because of the employees on front, but the poor/barely existing managing skills,i.e. manager

   Hello there I bought a pair of shoes 4 weeks ago the price of £85 pounds Shoes was made in Myanmar I was wearing it every day but unfortunately the shoes broke down from inside insoles .the shoes so bad & fake from outside looking nice fit stylish but from inside makes me sick even not breading air it was all plastic make my feet athlet feet so please the company most taking care their customers rather than pay as u go making money To be honest the shoes broke down from inside the insole almost makes me disable in my back I don’t know what to say and complaining to who I hope the company understand this I am not willing to buy anything else from the same store I was a customer to spend money a year at least 3-4 times Now I threw the shoes and I don’t want to buy any products Made in Myanmar Selling in super stores like Clark it’s really disappointed how a big company selling fake shoes in the name of good quality way there is no quality check the shoes name is ATLTrekwa1kwp Grey combi 261691237090 This the details have checked if someone reading my comments

   I had a great time at Clarks in Wallington when I chatted to Debbie with both my support worker Joseph M and housemate who were present when I started wearing three pairs of black shoes, but I finally decided that the third pair of shoes were more comfortable on my feet and I really liked my new shoehorn when I entered the shoe shop today from 1:56-2:22pm.
