I am a completely new woman thanks to the lovely Karen! I have lost a lot of weight & feel great! My one to one sessions are a breath of fresh air! I had my eyebrows tinted & laminated for the very first time & what a difference it's made to my eyes. However, the absolute icing on my big birthday cake was the fabulous facial I had last week! Wow! So relaxing & luxurious, slept like a log afterwards & my skin has been beautiful ever since. I cannot recommend this haven of a beauty salon enough & Karen and the staff, you are amazing! Had the pleasure of a hot stone shoulder & back massage with Lisa. All I can say is what a fantastic experience it was. Super relaxing and Lisa really did work her magic on my tight muscles. Definitely would recommend this gem of a salon.
I visited the salon for an eybrow shape/tint. I was really nervous after a past experience (at another salon) many years ago, i explained this to Karen and straight away she filled me with confidence and within moments my fears had vanished - Karen went through everything with me and discussed the colour she thought would suit me most. At the end of my treatment all i can say is WOW!!!! my eyebrows looked fantastic, i am more than happy, i cannot stop looking at them. The team are so lovely and i have already booked for my next treatment, thanks again Karen for giving me some confidence back.
I had my gel nails done today by Lucy- such beautiful colours and then a bright blue on my toes ! We're going away in UK but we all need a spritz of colour wherever we are ! Thank you Lucy for great colour combinations and caring personality in the salon. Sue xxx
I've been visiting the vanity case for years. All of the staff I've met are really friendly and welcoming whether I visit the Aldridge or Clayhanger branches. They're always so professional, knowledgeable and impeccably well trained. I'm always put at ease when I visit and feel pampered when I leave no matter which treatment I have. I've moved out of the area but still come back to the vanity case for treatments because of the service I receive. Thank you so much for the amazing service over the years.
Been in twice this week to get holiday ready! Firstly had a Leg and Bikini Wax with Lisa. She made me feel super comfortable with such an intimate treatment and made sure I was happy. Then I had my nails done with Safia. This was my first time meeting Safia and she was so lovely and friendly. I went in with an idea for my nails and she helped to make it a reality. Will definitely be booking in with her again. Both are a credit to the Salon- thank you!x
