Went for a basic item, initially helped by a really helpful staff member only to find that the person I was passed to was completely ignorant and unhelpful.
There is no other good store to do your shopping. Great atmosphere.
I brought a quilt from Argos the other day and because it wasn't but back in the packaging and it was still brand new they still refused to give me a refund so I will not be buying anything from Argos again
The staff where pleasant the shop was clean. I only picked up a few things but all where in stock.
Can't fault the service level given there but honestly thought it was closed - the refurb with the new lighting makes the store interior so dark!
I ordered two car booster seats from Argos Runcorn yesterday, got promised delivery before 1 pm today (Monday), got a delivery slot between 9 and 11 am and sure enough the seats arrived shortly after 10 am, the driver was lovely, very cheerful and professional, I don't know why I bother with a famous other online site when I can get service as good as this with trustworthy goods and items. Thanks Argos, I am really pleased with the service and my purchases.
The Argos store is located inside the shopping city right next to one of the car parks. The car park is a multi story car park and has plenty of space, there are also disabled parking stops right next to the entrance. The Argos store is mostly empty as they offer online shopping and delivery. Inside the store they have screens were you can browse all the items available and order them in store. Once you order you can either pay at the machine or pay at the till. The wait times are not very long and the for the items to be collected and the staff are happy to help if needed.
Went in for a specific item, bought it straight away. Store is bright and has plenty of room to manoeuvre wheelchairs or mobility scooters, or a Shopping Trolley. Great Store, will be back soon.
Recently went into Argos to purchase a pram for my new born baby and had the greatest experience with Connor. He was kind, attentive and went above and beyond just doing his job! He is an asset to your company and Great person I will never forget his service to Argos
