Lilly is usually the first person you see and is always friendly and welcoming. Dionne provides my treatments and is excellent, professional, skilled, and attentive. Highly recommend.

Love Bespoke Brows. I've been a regular customer for about a year, and Lilly does a wonderful 3D brow for me every month. I have been visiting Dionne's lovely salon for about 4 years. I am so pleased with my brows, and I receive so many compliments that this is the only place I would go for my brow shape. I had never been happy with the shape of my brows until I went to Bespoke Brows. I also had micro blading done by her; it was painless and I loved the finished result; I would strongly recommend it to anyone considering it. I recently started having botox with Dionne she explained everything so clearly. I felt so at ease having it done and I was so pleased with the end result that I will be returning to her. Dionne’s work is excellent and she is such a professional. I also enjoy seeing her because she is one of the nicest people I know, and it does not feel like an appointment; rather, it feels like I am visiting one of my friends. It was an absolute pleasure to meet with Mahalayah! I had a brow tint & wax/reshape which was the best I have ever had! She was ever so informative & passionate about her job! No awkward chats but just a generally really nice woman to talk to! The shop looks & smells incredible aswell! See you again next time!

Went for my top up today with Dionne and I am more than happy with the result. Throughout the process right from the first appointment, Dionne put me at ease, she has such a calming energy about her and is very compassionate. She is also THE QUEEN of brows!! Before visiting Dionne, I had virtually non-existent natural brows (thanks to the 90’s!) and then an awful drag brow job I had done elsewhere. But despite this, she has given me the illusion of natural fluffy brows that I have always wanted (post 90’s). I am currently over the moon, and recommend her to everyone, I really do. Went today for microblading, I can truly say Dionne is amazing, she is extremely skilled in what she does & knew exactly what would look best for me, 2 colleagues at work go to her & I have come home more than pleased with my brows, she talks you through what she is doing & puts you at ease, a truly lovely lady with loads of brilliant reviews, a pure genius & I for once have come home feeling good about myself!
