I brought my motorhome in for repair after significant accident damage to the sidewall. It was a highly specialist job as it is a vintage motorhome of relatively non-standard construction. Mike and his team did an amazing job and it now looks as good as new (as good as when it left the factory!). DMR Motorhome Repairs are a rare treat, for anyone needing a repair however large or small, DMR is the place, maybe the only place to go, if you want old fashioned quality values on getting the jobs done effectively and properly. Quite probably even better than some manufacturers built the motorhome in the fist place. DMR's attention to customer service and understanding issues then explaining to customers at every stage is first class. I have had the benefit of a few body repair jobs on my Rapido MH, some small and one or two not so small. I cannot explain in words adequately the confidence I have and anyone else should have, that DMR will look after your motorhome issues and care about you personally in a way that is vanishingly rare in todays world. After my MH was stolen and subsequently recovered, the insurance company recommended DMR for repairs, albeit some 130 miles away. Although the van was with them for 3 months due to parts being delayed, Mike kept me informed of progress at all stages & arranged for its return on a low loader. All the repairs were performed to an excellent standard, many over & above what perhaps I expected. It had also been thoroughly cleaned both inside & out and looked almost like a new van. I can't speak highly enough for the standard of workmanship and the care taken to return my motorhome in a pristine condition. Many thanks for your efforts.
The rear garage on my motorhome started to show signs of water ingress, and the last hab report confirmed there was a problem. Mike was very knowledgeable about the construction and possible area that water had started to leak in. DMR carried out an effective repair which is of excellent quality and workmanship. In addition, it was also recommended that I had the van rails resealed from back to front, since if they have failed in one location, why not anywhere else, so this was also completed. You may have to wait a few weeks to get your van in if you're unfortunate enough to need any kind of repair, but that in itself speaks volumes for how good DMR are. Thank you.

I haven't actually bought anything yet, I just needed a bit of information about removing some awkward screw covers on my Burstner M/H. I am so glad in this day and age to be able to talk to a human being who not only understood what I was talking about, but actually gave me some help! Now I know how to get the covers off, I will be able to purchase the replacements from DMR.
