   We bought our first home through Home Estate Agents (in Stalybridge) and they made the process as easy as possible, organising viewings were simple, communication was great, and they guided us through their respective part of the house sale with great ease. Keys were ready to collect at 10:00 on day of completion! Overall, Home Estate Agents were great and whilst as a Buyer, you don't really get much choice in estate agent, I'd recommend HEA wherever possible.

   we chose Home Estate Agents to handle the sale of our late mothers home as their fixed fees were much cheaper & very competitive in comparison to other local Estate Agents. They offered a package which included a visual tour of the property, plus the property being published on all of the 'for sale' platforms as standard, whereas other competitors didn't offer this. The Representative went through everything in detail which gave us peace of mind. The staff team were extremely helpful, polite, professional and approachable if we needed to ask them anything. They remained consistent from start to finish which enabled them to sell our late Mothers home quickly. The whole process was stress free and smooth and we would highly recommend Home Estate Agents.

   We recently completed our sale. John is an extremely amiable person and takes excellent photographs. The end result on the website was excellent. Throughout all processes Wendy and Dionne did their upmost to ensure we were well informed and were dedicated in their pursuit of ensuring we had replies from solicitors - they certainly kept them on their toes! All the staff in the office were always very helpful when I phoned and would always call back if required. I would have no hesitation in recommending Home Estate Agents to friends and family.

Your assistance was invaluable, chasing our buyers and their solicitors and without your help we could have lost our property, which we have now lived in for almost 9 months.
