I had my eyebrows done by the owner today (Jaswinder). Although there was a long wait the service I got was perfect. Jaswinder didn't rush she did my eyebrows with great care and attention and throughout showed me her work in the mirror to ensure it was what I wanted. I was so happy with the result. Highly recommend her.
I'm using Flaizs for over 4 years now , for eye brows and waxing. Friendly service, reasonable price and very professional.The place is clean and has good ambience. Jass has altered my dresses, fixed stitches in leather jackets to a high standard. Raman especially understands your needs and works accordingly. So is Jass. I'll be using them all time .
My first time here as it was recommended to be the closest from work. Had full body waxing done. The staff used 1 strip for my entire arm. After abit it was disgusting I did ask her to change for a new strip, she replied the boss counts how much strip we use. Mention it to her.i did mention it to the boss upon paying and she got all defensive saying we all do that what ever salon u go to we use 1 strip for the entire leg or arm.i said that is unhygienic and unacceptable instead of any kind of reassurance or polite tone as she doesn't know english she was speaking in urdu stating this is how we do things, u cmamot complain our prices are reasonable. Im not very happy and will not be returning ever again. I recommend if u go here by any chance for a wax please take your own wax strips.
Every time I come here my eyebrows are always different and some occasion the area is burnt of how harsh some of them do them and some of the ladies have light hand and some really hurt you with thread. Not only that but I went in late for a full body wax and told them if they could squeeze me in but they were giving me dirty looks, the lady also burnt me because she was in a rush to go home. I was given dirty looks whilst being waxed and no communication, I did not feel comfortable at all. If they were in a rush firstly they could have told me no they can’t provide the service right now and to book another time and secondly why was it only one lady.
Think you're getting a cheap price for eyebrow threading but they butcher your brows. I've had mine done earlier today and they have literally taken huge chunks out of the top of my eyebrows. Will not be returning. Pay an extra two pound and go to a professional.

They are a very friendly business. However, since Covid I do not feel comfortable using their services. They wear masks and so do clients. My concerns are: not sanitising chair or equipment, going from one client to the other no sanitisation or hand washing. The salon is clean but they need to realise the need for more through hygiene practices! (Covid or no Covid)
