   I had the most amazing Japanese Head Spa experience today and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, the whole vibe and ambience were calm, clean and so relaxing, it genuinely felt like a proper escape and reset. The consultation was really thorough, and Em was brilliant. She explained everything so clearly and took the time to ask questions to understand any concerns, which made the whole treatment feel really thoughtful and personalised rather than rushed. The cleansing was so refreshing, and the massage was unreal (the pressure was perfect, soothing but still firm enough to properly melt the tension away). The warm water/steam part was on another level. I didn’t realise how much tension I was holding in my head, neck and shoulders until it was gone, it’s one of those treatments where you can literally feel your body switch off and relax. All the little touches made such a difference too: the smell of the products, the music, the lighting, and especially the heated blanket. It felt so cosy and luxurious, like they’d thought of everything. I felt completely looked after and genuinely pampered the whole way through. Afterwards my hair felt ridiculously soft and my scalp felt so fresh and “light”, it honestly felt like a reset for both my hair and my mood. Galina then cut and styled my hair, and as usual it was perfection. She’s a master at what she does and I always feel safe in her hands, she explains every part of the process, checks you’re comfortable, and really takes care with the details. Especially with my hair being the shortest it’s ever been, I appreciated how reassuring she was throughout. She’s amazing at what she does and the end result was exactly what I wanted. The whole team are so welcoming and warm, and it’s one of the only places where you genuinely feel looked after from start to finish, offering a drink, making sure you’re comfortable, giving you a blanket whilst having your hair washed… every small touch adds up and it’s exactly why I keep going back. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and properly rejuvenated today. 10/10 — I’ll definitely be back.

   From the moment i walked in the atmosphere was so relaxed and friendly. I had an initial consultation with Gaby who patiently listened to what i wanted and gave some great advice. Lily then washed and coloured my hair which was really relaxing, an apprentice that will be a great asset to the salon. Gaby then cut and styled my hair, explaining everything as she did it and giving some great styling tips. I am absolutely thrilled with my hair and feel the whole experience was a real treat! Its not my nearest salon but i will definately be back! Thank you to everyone and Merry Christmas.

   I go to the salon every 4 weeks to get my roots done and hair cut approx every 8 weeks. Marnie colours my hair and does an amazing job, she listens and is professional, makes my experience wonderful. Greg cuts my hair and always listens to any changes I want to make, he knows how fussy I can be. My hair is in the best condition since using the Streetly salon. All the staff are great, make you feel welcomed and part of their salon family. It is expensive but not worth the risk going somewhere else .

   Michael and the team were professional and kind. This is my first hair cut in a long time and the team listened to what I needed and did not judge my unruly tangles. Michael recommended a few treatments but there was no hard sell and the treatment we went for really made a difference to my hair. It was a lovely experience and the small gift from under the Christmas tree was a very nice touch.

   Love my visits to this salon. Staff are so welcoming and very talented and professional. The atmosphere is so relaxing and attention to detail with every customer is second to none. From the moment you walk in your every need is met with drinks, magazines, consultations with your colourist and stylist, even before work begins on your hair.    What I like about Francesco is that your always greeted like a valued customer. The stylist and colour technician encourage you to tell them what you want but also good with new ideas and tips if your not sure but want a change. I enjoy the hair wash and head massage whole relaxing experience. At every stage all staff give 100% and pay attention to detail. Most importantly feel confident to let them loose on my hair knowing I will be happy with my new hair style and have no regrets.
