Had balayage at Changes salon for both myself and my daughter and was very impressed with Sam she’s brilliant, would recommend her highly. Such a lovely person too and does her very best to achieve the right colour you want. Will be sticking to Sam from now on.

Sam was amazing.. She gave me a beautiful hair colour and hair cut as I am never sure on what suits my face. We had a good conversation as well. Sam is talented with lovely personality to match and I would definitely go again!

PLEASE DO NOT LET THE OWNER OF THIS SALON SCAM YOU owner is Debbie . She promotes Groupon vouchers from one of her members of staff Sam ( who is lovely ) . Bought a voucher tried to redeem it and owner Debbie will not honour it , she was just awful and rude a total nasty woman . From what I can see and read she SCAMS people into buying Groupon vouchers and not redeem them . I feel sorry for the lovely lady Sam who works there and would have loved to have my hair done by her . I even feel she is trying to sabotage her own member of staff clientele such a shame . If anyone knows Sam personally I would love to book her privately . Please do not let the nasty lady scam you !
I booked via the Groupon deal & booked directly with Sam for haircut & blow dry offer On the day I rang in the morning to confirm my time & rang again on my way as I got lost Both occasions phone calls fine & they said still come to my appointment I was running 15 minutes late by the time I found the salon advertised as Hair by Sam on the deal not as Changes I honestly would not of minded to change my appointment to a later time but Sam's tone & dismissal of me was rude! I do not tolerate that tone from anyone “Rae we can’t do it now your late” as I said it was her tone plus running late which I made them aware of by courtesy call! So please can you get some proper training on how to talk to potential customers! It’s very unprofessional Rae
Had my hair cut coloured and blow dried today To say I am pleased is an understatement. From beginning to end I was treated so lovely, Sam who did my hair is a magician thank you so much Sam. I would highly recommend the shop friendly and such a happy salon. Keep up the good work ladies xxxx
