   I’m so impressed with the service I received today! I had my hair done by the talented owner, Narinder, who gave me a perfect trim and a gorgeous blowout. I also had my nails done by the lovely Deepika, who did exactly what I asked for and did an amazing job. She was so friendly and attentive, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality of service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

   Love love love this salon. All the staff are super friendly, especially the boss Nin. I fully trust their treatments and have been a returning customer ever since they opened. I won't go anywhere else because they are clean, professional and talented. They all really take pride in their work and make you feel refreshed. Thank you for always looking after me and fitting me in even when you are really busy. I would definitely recommend this salon as they provide quality services and a range of them too.    Avoid this strange little salon like the plague! The owner needs some inspiration on basic courtesy and professionalism. The first time I went to so called “inspired” salon was out of convenience rather than choice. I received a very cold/practically non existent welcome from the owner upon arrival. The eyebrow threading and under arm waxing I requested was done but the whole time I was there, the vibe from said owner was as if she didn’t want to do my treatments at all. I went there again today at 9.50am for the same treatments. The salon was empty. The owner didn’t even say hello this time and when I asked for the same treatments above, she said she has an appointment at 10am and so she can’t. Very, very weird. Not sure of the real reasons behind such an appalling reception. Maybe if I was of the same colour and culture of the owner I would have received a different experience? Who knows….

   My appointment was for an eyebrow wax. I told the lady I wanted to keep the thickness - I had grown them out and just wanted them shaped. At the end of the wax I had the thinnest eyebrows ever! I won’t be going there again - not friendly and clearly DO NOT LISTEN.

   The quality of the work they do is good but the customer service is not. I live near here so have been going regularly over the past few years out of convenience more so than any other factor. Once whilst getting my hair cut, the hairdresser stopped to answer a personal call. I went last week to get my face waxed and the lady who was doing it stopped three times to go off and look at her phone and chat to the receptionist. I only go here now when I have no other option.
