   Omg what can I say ,after a disastrous few months of battling with my hair,I made an appointment with Dale I'm so glad I did he spent 3 hrs with me looking at every inch of my hair he talked me through every step of what he was doing and how to use products,I honestly thought I would have to have it all cut off but Dale saved it!! I can't wait for my next appointment I am definitely returning ,Dale I cannot thankyou enough ☺️

   If I could leave 0 stars I would, this salon ruined my hair, I mean it was falling out and was left with tufts of hair, I sent a complaint to their head office who told me they would get someone to call me to discuss my horrific experience, 3 months later and after several emails to and from their head office, I ve had nothing back from them , not even an apology Please do not go to this salon I've never made a complaint like this before and never left a review but I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I have
