I booked an appointment at 4 but when I turned up she was doing another client and she said she accidentally booked it for 2 I was very annoyed as I booked a blow dry and was going to a party after and she told me I had to wait 30 minutes and was quiet rude about it and I think her client was her friend as she was the one who told me how long I would need to wait and she was rude aswell!! I was very annoyed as I had to now go home and rush to do my own hair, I will not be going to her again.
