Safina the director is exceptional I have known her over 20 years has given me excellent services from hairdressing and makeup. Her staff Sabah, Sabi, Mohbeen, Salma have also been very helpful and professional with colour correction services, beauty highly recommended the company to others.
I have been coming to this salon for years and have never had a problem. Suman used to do my eyebrows, and then I started getting them done by Mobeen. I absolutely love the way she does my full face and eyebrows — I don’t need to tell her anything, she just gets on with it and knows exactly what suits me. I always leave with a smile on my face because I’m so happy with her work. Mobeen’s customer service is excellent as well; she makes me feel very comfortable every time.
I got my hair permanent straightened from beauty academy which didn’t last me 3 days. I have been told not to wash my hair in 3 days which I didn’t. On the 3rd day when I washed my hair my hair wasn’t straight it was wavy as usual. Very disappointed. I spent a-lot on this treatment. Am very upset.
I went to them for a layered haircut. They cut my hair but not in a layered cut, they straightened it completely and charged me 35 pounds and I didn't like it at all and my hair is not visible from anywhere that it was cut in a layered. I am not gonna 1 star to them. I could even trim my hair at home.. disappointed. I never recommend anyone to go there.

I always have the most amazing experience in the salon with the talented hairstylist Sabia, she is the most kindest, sweet person ever to have worked in this salon. Her work ethics are fantastic and she is so professional amd her customer service is brilliant she makes you feel so welcome and listens to her clients needs and delivers beyond expectation. I cannot fault her work. She is so pleasant and a humble worker.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Safina is the rudest and most unprofessional stylist I have ever met. My mum and I booked her to have our hair done for my cousins wedding. Not only was she 35-40 minutes late, she then did not listen to us when we told her the hairstyles we wanted. My mum was telling her she wasn't keen on the style yet she carried on and as she was so late there was no time to change it. We were also told beforehand that each style would only take around 20 minutes, but she took 45 each which then meant we were unable to leave when we needed to. Yes I had asked for Safina to come an hour earlier the day before, which she agreed to but still didn't do. She said that I changed it last minute but she agreed to it so why was she late?! If she was unable to arrive at 7am she shouldn't have said she would be there at 7am. I called her at 7.15 and she said she had just got to the salon to collect a curler. The next day when I told Safina we'd rather not book her for the next event she made up a pretend booking. She said that there was a booking before us which is why she was late. This was not once mentioned before. She also didn't apologise for being late. She was pretty moody the whole time, which yes she said she had an ill family member but she still had a job to do, and we had a wedding to get to. She also accused me of having greasy hair which I definitely didn't. It was slightly damp as I had washed it and slept with it wet. She said that this delayed the styling process. My mums hair wasn't damp and she still took forever on her! A good stylist does not blame the clients hair! A good stylist takes criticism and uses it to improve! I guess its pretty obvious that I won't be recommending her or her staff. If they were trained by her then I'm definitely steering clear! Save your money when it comes to this one. Definitely not worth it!
I had full beauty treatment today from eyebrows, waxing, roots and highlights to my hair. I am extremely happy with the 5 star service i received from Safina and her staff. They made me feel very welcome and overall i was satisfied with the outcome.
