I had a great experience, it was my first time getting my eyebrows done and Charlotte created a calming experience and she was so easy to talk to and I was easily became comfortable. She helped me gain my confidence, she kept me well informed about the procedures, always made sure I was happy with the result. I am so excited to come back again.
I recently had treatment with Kelly here and it was amazing. Kelly was super friendly, very relaxing, professional with the cleanest working environment. Kelly explained the treatment before it began and explained everything in detail about the treatment I was receiving and aftercare once treatment was completed. Reliable and efficient treatment left me feeling more than satisfied and comfortable enough to revisit very soon! Halo shop was easy to navigate to and attend as well as being clean, safe and a really welcoming environment. I can't speak highly enough about Halo. I was very nervous going, but was soon put at ease, the girls were very friendly and there was a warm atmosphere. Kelly was not only very professional, talking me through the treatments I was having, but very easy to talk to. I was extremely happy with the results and will definitely be going back.
I recently had two aesthetic procedures done by Kelly, from the moment I lay in the chair I was made to feel at ease & comfortable. Kelly constantly reassured me throughout the procedures, and made sure I was ok, whilst talking to me step by step explaining what she was doing. A really great experience, and an amazing result at the end of my procedure, where I could see the difference straight away, and had nothing but great compliments since! Kelly is brilliant at her work & I will definitely be returning. The Salon is also very beautiful and all the staff are very welcoming.
Kelly is amazing. I had Botox and fillers to smooth me out. Kelly has done a wonderful job as my look is very sympathetic with my features keeping me still natural. I would highly recommend and look forward to future treatments from house of halo x

Me, my family and friends all love this salon, from the friendly staff to the beautiful interior - whole experience is feels like a luxury treatment. I have been getting laser and I could not be happier with the results, hair has nearly all completely gone in just 6 sessions! Kelly and Sarah go above and beyond to make me happy and comfortable.
I have my lips done with Kelly, she is amazing. Recommends what’s best for you so your not paying above the odds for something that might not work for you.
