   I was quoted £55 over the phone for a weave with closure, but ended up being charged £68. This included around £3 for parting the closure and an additional £10 because one of my tracks was cut into pieces. I don’t mind paying extra where necessary, however I do not agree with the amount I was charged especially when the end of the tracks were pocking out and I had to then part the closure myself again because the lady was parting it on the side and saying it was in the middle. I requested parting in the middle but the closure was placed more towards the right. This resulted in less hair on one side, making my roots visible at times, and I constantly have to cover it. Additionally, the closure was not tightened properly, so after a few days it shifted backwards. It’s been 5days now. I arrived at 4pm and left around 8pm, 4 hours for weave and closure is a lot. Hope with this review there could be some improvement.

   Awful costumer service and poor quality braids. I went to buy extensions from next door and when I arrived back I saw the young lady dry brushing my daughter’s 3C/4a hair. My daughter was in visible pain . When I asked her not to dry brush her hair (I explained her hair needs water! ) she kissed her teeth and my daughter later told me she didn’t bother to untangle at all , just went straight to shampoo. The braids looked HORRIBLE , when I asked to redo some of the braid and as it was extremely thick and did not look good she kissed her teeth. Started talking in her language to the other lady’s . Which obviously told her to redo as it was sooo bad ! Even after Pictures speak for themselves. Contacted the owner and waited a week to see if she would reply to me . Radio Silence . Would not recommend at all !!

   Customer service was terrible. The hairdresser pulled on my hair hard and asked why I was crying. Her attitude was disgusting. She was screaming and laughing down my ear the entire time with her friends. Defo not returning

   Got my hair done here about a month back. I think the lovely woman was called Belinda (sorry if that’s wrong) but she was so polite and carried on conversation throughout. The hair turned out lovely and lasted really long. I called in last minute and they welcomed me. Would 1000% recommend and I would definitely return xx

The quality of the service is excellent, and their are also items that can be bought from the saloon itself, such as wigs hair extensions etc,

   I hate to write a negative review as the ladies in this salon are very nice, however my experience was not great at all. I had read reviews before making an appointment and figured they wouldn’t be that bad. I should’ve stuck to my gut instincts. I called the day before and was given a time to come. I arrived and to my surprise, all the hairdressers were busy so I had to wait a little while. When someone finally attended to me they had to blow dry my natural hair first, which was done unprofessionally and quite rough. Natural hair needs patience and care to ensure it doesn’t break as you dry it. Once she started doing my hair, I questioned the method she was using and she reassured me this was the best way. I’m not sure if it was the method or just her hands, however every single time she would grip my hair for a new braid it was VERY painful. I’ve never experienced that before. Then as she was doing my hair, she would stop to do someone else’s hair - she did this at least 4 times. She would also stop to make phone calls etc and this really got frustrating. What is the point of making an appointment if you’re going to attend to those without an appointment midway? There were ladies that showed up after me and left before I did that had no appointments. This was just really disheartening and I decided I will never come back to these ladies. Not to mention, a week later, my braids still hurt as whatever method she used left my head painful and tight and the braids are not versatile to tie up. Even finding a comfy position to sleep in is still a challenge a week later.

   They are very unprofessional, they honestly do not know how to do hair properly. I had to show them how to sleek edges and had to tell them to straighten the hair properly. They switched up with the lack of completing my hair when another customer entered. I would not recommend this place.

   Due to previous bad experience in other salons I had damaged hair but since 2018 I started coming here and sincerely my hair as been taken care of so well my hair looks so healthy and growing nicely. Amazing staff, great service, fantastic place. I always get my hair done hair and it always comes out amazing, as always I would highly recommend that you have your hair done there.

   Found this salon on google as I had recently relocated to Birmingham. I had twists done and by the following day they were all UNRAVELLING. I contacted the owner and showed her pictures to which she advised me to go back into the salon to rectify the problem. I spent a further 2 and a half hours there whilst they redid the twists, furthermore the owner asked me to pay for the bag of hair which was used!!! More fool me but I went back a couple of months later for a weave (desperate during lock down) this was done very very tight which I stated but nothing was done, a week later my scalp is red raw and so sore. I have never experienced anything like this before. I would advise everyone to avoid this salon at all costs and I shall be travelling back to my home time from now on.
