Bad quality product. They talk about sustainability etc but the shoes don’t last. Mine fell apart after 3 months and their weird AI customer services team just want to give me credit for more of the same!? No thanks… DONT BUY THEM

Warm friendly servers who greet you as soon as they possibly can. The server asked me what I needed and suggested the products. It was simple as they were so knowledgeable. I even sat on the bench whilst they packed it up and came over with the tablet like in Apple Store. Done and dusted in 15 minutes. Thank you

Great manager in this store. Sorted out my trainer issue in a flash. Trainers she recommended are excellent. Good price too. Staff are professional and knowledgeable yet friendly.
