I won't be using again. Poor quality service and that Gemma spent most of her time moaning about illegal immigrants and how fantastic Nigel Farage and Tommy Robinson were. I came for my beauty not to get earache from listening to politics
Manprit is really good at what she does, she takes her time and is very patient to ensure she provides the best service and products. B beautiful is the best place i have been to get my facials and to tint my eyebrows. Highly recommend B Beautiful.

Always get my eyebrows done here and they always look amazing. Professional and good quality service
The reason my sisters and I were unable to 'use this business' was solely because the waxing staff never tended to us, we were never acknowledged by staff in the first place, however gave it a chance and decided to wait. 30 minutes later, still no staff front of house or back. Almost as if it were left unattended for an hour. Very unprofessional. Not to mention we called beforehand and were assured they were available.
I went for a walk in eyebrow threading app. The threading was good BUT Bal, the lady who did it said the following which I found offensive and unprofessional...."you're so skinny, do you eat properly? Do you own your own house? Does it have a mortgage? Do your inlaws live with you? Do they help with childcare? How much money is outstanding on your mortgage?" Wow lady! I only wanted my eyebrows done!! I'll pass on going back.....the skinny comment was inappropriate and most offensive.
Fantastic salon - I have been getting my eyebrows threaded there for more than 5 yrs now. Staff are lovely and really good at what they do.
