   Have been using Matthew for several years for a new GLC and older C Class estate. Matt's knowledge is great, using only genuine MB parts and full MB history is maintained. Loan cars available. You don't get the flashy MB main dealer customer service but your car won't notice the difference. However, and most importantly, your wallet will with good and honest pricing at a fraction of MB main dealer prices. House move now means that I will be too far away to use him now, but would highly recommend for anyone with a new or older MB. He helpfully squeezed in a service for both cars and a MOT for one before we go.

   Seems like a good mechanic with no customer service skills. Took ages to get through on the phone. Eventually got an answer, informed that he would need to investigate history and call me back. Heard nothing after several days. I don't need to beg to be a customer. His loss as three of my mates have Mercs.

   My 67 plate CLA needed a B3 service, so I booked in with Matt, I had to book a week or so in advance but when I arrived Matt was ready for me, I was greeted by name, I waited in the local McD's whilst the service was done. I got a text from Matt to say the car was ready about 10 minutes earlier than he'd said it would be, price was well worth it, and the feedback and advice when I picked my car up was greatly appreciated. Routine Service is a necessary evil, but as routine Service Experiences go I couldn't fault Matt and Benz Service Centre. I've now found my go-to place for my car going forward.

   Took my C Class Estate in for a worrying vibration which i thought would be something major. Booked it in for repair and was also offered a courtesy car for the day. Matt advised me on inspection that it was a gearbox mounting that had failed and repaired for the bargain price of £66.00. Absolutely delighted. Very professional, knowledgeable and honest. Will definitely use again.
